MEET THE CHEF
Patrick has been working in kitchens since the age of fourteen. With the experience of being a restaurant head chef now in his back pocket, he has moved on to the bed and breakfast world. Patrick is passionate about food and its preparation, and strongly believes in the use of locally sourced ingredients.
